Founder's Note

Hello. I am Dr. Sunita Ramam Rupavataram. Right from my M.B.B.S days, I have always been fascinated by the brain, rather than illnesses of the body. Our brain is our CPU (Central Processing Unit). Anything that goes right or wrong in our behaviour has its root here.

I started ‘The Human Angle‘ to help you decode your brain so that it works for you instead of against you. Hence, the tagline ‘Your brain for you’. I want to facilitate the journey from the ‘brain to behaviour’ using principles of Neuroscience.

I completed my M.B.B.S (1996) from Government Medical College, Mysore and followed it up with a postgraduate degree, an M.D in Psychiatry (2002) from B J Medical College, Pune.

Psychiatry deals with the “Operating Systems” of the brain, using intricate neural networks and their functional translation to behaviour. Hence, this educational background helps me to understand the intricacies of the brain.

However, knowing the brain does not necessarily automatically help in conveying advantages of its applications to businesses.  In order to enhance my  ability to communicate neuroscience advances, with contextual relevance, I completed my Executive MBA from X.L.R.I Jamshedpur (2009) and a Ph.D. (2015) in Organizational Psychology from Symbiosis International University.

This educational background therefore gives me a realistic appreciation of the challenges of the business world coupled with the intricate knowledge of the functioning of our brains.

My vision is to help customize solutions for the journey from ‘brain to behaviour’ so that individuals and organizations can build sustainable lives and businesses. Please join me on this exciting journey.

Corporate Services

At The Human Angle, we utilize neuroscience principles to support organizations in adapting to changing environments. Our mission, "Your Brain for You," is centered on enhancing agility through a deeper understanding of human intelligence. Just as your brain strives for balance in facing challenges, we guide businesses in achieving dynamic equilibrium. This empowers teams to respond effectively, turning obstacles into opportunities for growth.

Clinical Services

Your brain controls your entire body. When neural circuits malfunction, physical symptoms can arise even when test results are normal. Conditions such as migraines, anxiety, and depression can originate from brain circuitry that needs support. While temporary solutions may provide brief relief, proper psychiatric medications target the root cause by resetting neural pathways, helping you reclaim your life.
